Excuse me, may i ask you a question? could i using your pictures in my blog? i will to indicate the source. oh..my job is a designer but my hobby's of writing, so don't worry i will respect your volition.
I love this beacause if you think about it we do bottle up our memories whether they be good or bad. We remember the good ones and rebottle them to save for a later date. The bad ones we tend to hide in the deep recesses of our minds. Some are triggered by events and then they are dragged back to the forefront until we lock them away again. I went off on a tangent but anyway I love this piece. It makes me think. Well done
It's a bit of both, a still life and a conceptual...so this one is a toughie for me. I love the idea a lot of course...please don't get me wrong; I just think it's leaning more towards conceptual photography because of the contents within the bottle.
I say this because I've had the dA admins move a photo that was either a still life photo that was more of a conceptual photo, so when I'm saying what I said above this is based on personal experience I hope you understand.
Great lighting and incredible focus technique. Visually I'm drawn in without a doubt. I just keep thinking about what I said above. Please forgive my honesty.
Thank you for your opinion and honesty! I wasn't sure where to submit before clicking upload. I do know it'a a bit a both, and now that you had me thinking, I think it fits conceptual category better. Thanks!
Oh thank goodness and thank you too!! *wipes brow* I just know how these things can be confusing for some people and the admin of dA send me a lot of notes from time to time letting me know a still life I posted is more or less a conceptual photo and so it has been moved there.
